ADI Part 3

Driving Instructor Training ADI Part 3 - the test of instructional ability.

This part of the ADI training process is often seen as the most difficult, however, with a good trainer the techniques should be simple to aquire and with practise and determination the training will come together.

The examination first involves teaching a “learner” (a DSA examiner playing the role of a learner) a basic technique in driving. The second part of the part 3 involves perfecting a technique which has been previously taught but is causing problems.

Your chances of success will depend on two things - the ability of your trainer and your personal effort. If you have a good trainer then you should have no problem as long as you realise the high standard that the DSA expect you to achieve.
