Driving Instructor ADI Continued Professional Development is something that is on many ADI’s minds at the moment due to the DSA’s expected implementation of a mandatory CPD scheme.
Currently ADIs do not need to undertake any CPD training as long as they meet the required standards at their check test.
However, in order to make a career for yourself, earn that £30,000 and keep the job as interesting as possible, any successful instructor will be interested in how they can improve the service that they are providing.
There are many possible courses out there, from mechanical principles, business, and instructional techniques courses. Do some research and brush up your skills – it’s worth it.
