DSA Fleet Driver Training for Company 4×4 Drivers can help reduce fuel, insurance and maintenance costs, reduce occupational road risk and make your drivers and vehicles more efficient.

Many companies like the versatility of a 4×4 vehicle, specialist 4×4 on road training is designed to make drivers aware of the added risks associated with driving a 4×4 over driving a normal car. Incidents including 4×4 vehicles are actually more regular than drivers of standard cars. Claims from these incidents are typically 30% higher than those for a standard car, as such, many companies have decided that their 4×4 drivers need specific training to understand and reduce these risks.

Venue:

This is usually your own premises, though conference facilities can be arranged.

Duration:

Dependant upon training needs. For most new customers we recommend a half day per driver. Once drivers are trained, we can reduce this depending upon their standard, to a minumum of 4 drivers per day.

Cost:

Around £300/day.

Benefits:

If drivers are encouraged to use the training on an ongoing basis, then there should be cost savings of around double the cost of the course.

Company ethos can have a huge effect on how well this training works - engaging the whole company in the process can amplify the savings.
