4×4 Driver Training and Off Road Driver Training enables businesses to make the most of their drivers and vehicles.

The high risk profile of four wheel drive vehicles both on road and off can make them an expensive choice for many companies, though their versatility in the field often makes them an essential choice. Risk assessment training becomes a necessity with 4×4’s.

Training is undertaken either on road with DSA Fleet ADIs who have specific experience with 4×4 vehicles, or on approved sites with LANTRA Off Road Instructors.

To reduce the on and off road risk associated with 4×4s, driver training courses are designed to make drivers aware of the specific abilities and hazards associated with these vehicles. The following courses are also designed to help employers fulfil (and drivers to understand) their responsibilities under PUWER H&S regulations (PUWER Regulations PDF).
